day 3, still rocking and rolling

Abs/chest/triceps/forearms (ft program)
did a 10 minute wArm-up and 2 sets of push-ups.
incline db bench presses 12x15lbs, 12X20, 10X25, 10X25
standing chest press with bands
red and green 12 reps
red/green/yellow 2 sets of 10
decline triceps ext 18lbs (ez curl bar)x15, 28X12reps, 2 sets of 10 with 32lbs
single arm biceps curl 9is this a glitch in the program?oh well, I tried to focus on the role my triceps play in a band curl...) dk red band 3sets of 12, 1 set of 10
seated reverse barbell wrist curls 10lbsx12, 15lbsX10, 15X10
I alternated the wrist curls with my seated twists, since i was using the same bar/bench...3 sets of 15 with 10, 15, 15lbs
crunches 3 sets of 15
leg raises 3 sets of 15
stretched out.
Good workout today, I could really feel my abs wringing out the crunches.
I am kind of wishing that i hadn't chosen the bands for this routine, I want to be working harder. It is probably good that itkeeps me in place. It is still hard enough, i guess, just not the ego boost that regular bench-pressing gives.
