Day 16! I broke the curse!

I got up and ate my oats, digested and then worked out!
Warmed up kind of dancing/step aerobics (trying to get more graceful/coordinated so I can become a group fitness instructor).
Triple set
SLDL>Bent-over row>Front Squat 5 reps (each exercise)X ez-curl+30#, 2nd set same
Superset 1
Step-up 15repsX15#, 15 repsX16# kind of tricky holding the fifteens and the 1 pound db's, but felt the increase in weight.
Seated row 60#X12, 60#X12
Superset 2
swissball leg curls 12, 12
Incline db press 30#X12, 30#X12
Superset 3
Static lunge 20#X12 (holy muther, why did I decide to go up?) 20#X12
swissbal crunches 15X3#, 15x3# funny how a little squishy ball that only weighs 3 pounds can make your abs sore!
Had a good workout, a god stretch and am now having a great shake!
