chest workout to relieve stress..

i was about to shoot someone today when i got to the gym. usually i go in the morning but i had to wait until 5:30 to go today because 1) i was waiting for my protein to get here, and 2) i had to work on a multimedia kiosk all day. grrrr...i definitely took it out on the weights though, i can feel my chest muscles growing.

dumbbell incline press
12 x 35, 6 x 40, 6 x 40, 6 x 40

hammer incline press
7 x 97, 4 x 117, 4 x 117, 1 x 127 (PR)

hammer bench press
4 x 117, 3 x 127, 3 x 137, 2 x 142 (PR)

cable cross-overs
3 sets of 10 x 40 on each stack

bench press
3 x 115, 6 x 115 (partial), 2 sets of 6 x 135 (partial)

twisting crunches
3 x 15 x 0

leg raises
3 x 15 x 0

decline crunches
3 x 15 x 0

i was really tired by the time i got to abs, so i took it easy. i pretty much wore myself out today because i was so frustrated with my computer program. if i have that thing around during the challenge i'm really going to be a force to be wreckoned with. heh heh heh...
