chest, shoulders, triceps

weak in the chest again. i'm starting to wonder if there is a correlation between my loss of strength and the chest pains i've been having...anyway, here is today's workout &mdash; i warmed up with the usual 5 minutes on the treadmill @ 4.2 mph/5.2 incline.

&#149; chest
smith machine incline press:
2 x 12 x 80, 2 x 10 x 85

bb bench press:
2 x 12 x 85, 2 x 10 x 90

cable crossovers:
12 x 40, 12 x 35, 10 x 35

&#149; shoulders
smith machine presses:
12 x 45, 12 x 50, 2 x 10 x 50

incline bench lateral raises:
2 x 12 x 5, 2 x 10 x 8

bent-over db laterals:
2 x 12 x 10, 10 x 10

&#149; triceps
*started running out of time so i went lighter with shorter rest periods.
machine tricep extensions:
12 x 2 x 37.5, 10 x 2 x 37.5

lying cross-face extensions:
12 x 10, 2 x 10 x 12

reverse-grip tricep extensions:
2 x 12 x 60, 2 x 10 x 80
