chest, shoulders, triceps

a little weak in the chest today. this, strangely, is the only place i feel like i'm losing strength...
• chest
incline bb bench press:
12 x 85, 12 x 90, 2 x 10 x 90
hammer bench press:
8 x 97, 12 x 82, 10 x 87
machine flyes:
2 x 12 x 50, 10 x 60
• shoulders
db press:
2 x 12 x 15s, 12 x 25s, 10 x 25s
*all the 20s were missing so i felt like i was copping out doing the first 2 sets with 15s. grr.
machine lateral raises:
2 x 12 x 50, 2 x 10 x 50
bent-over db laterals:
2 x 12 x 10, 10 x 10
• triceps
overhead cable extensions w/rope:
12 x 70, 12 x 80, 2 x 10 x 80
db kickbacks:
12 x 12, 2 x 10 x 12
lying one-arm extensions:
2 x 12 x 12, 2 x 10 x 15
driving to the gym without music is sad :(
