db lateral raises:

machine rear delt flyes:
12 x 60, 12 x 50, 10 x 50

&#149; triceps
seated overhead db extensions:
2 x 12 x 45, 2 x 10 x 45

lying crossface triceps extensions:
2 x 12 x 10, 12 x 10

reverse grip cable pushdowns:
2 x 12 x 80, 2 x 10 x 90

not a bad workout really. my legs are still sore from sunday, so i'm not sure how i'm going to feel about running tomorrow.
