bb incline press:

incline db flyes:
12 x 10, 10 x 15, 8 x 20

biceps
hammer curls:
10 x 20, 8 x 25, 6 x 30, 6 x 30

incline curls:
10 x 20, 10 x 20, 8 x 25, 8 x 25

straight bb 21s:
2 sets x 35

i was pleased with getting 3 reps at 135. the guy who was spotting me could bench 500...needless to say i felt safe.
