5 min warmup on bike
chest
db incline press:
12 x 30, 10 x 35, 8 x 40, 8 x 45 (i'm not sure, but i don't think i've ever done that many reps with 45s on the incline.)
bb bench press:
12 x 35, 10 x 40, 8 x 40, 6 x 45
*kind of a bad set — the pain in my shoulder is radiating into my middle chest. or maybe it's the other way around, i don't know, but it hurt.
