chest and shoulders

i was in a little bit of a rush today. i did have time to wake up and make pumpkin spice buckwheat pancakes sprinkled with walnuts. mmmm. and 3 egg whites. tasty breakfast. the workout wasn't bad, but i'm not feeling it like i usually do. i think it's because i just switched to my cutting routine. i'm slowly increasing the reps on my heavier sets. maybe i'll start feeling it again by the end of next week.

chest
bench press:
10 x 105, 8 x 110, 8 x 110, 6 x 115

hammer incline press:
10 x 98, 8 x 108, 8 x 108, 8 x 128

flat bench db flyes:
4 sets 12 x 15

shoulders
db press:
4 x 12 x 25

lateral raises
4 x 12 x 10

no rear delt work because this bohemoth who was using awesomely bad form was using the machine i wanted to use and i didn't want to ask to work in with him because i knew i'd say something about the way he was doing db front raises. i didn't want to show the poor sap up. anyway, not a bad workout.

i have also discovered the power that avocadoes possess to make anything taste good. tuna and avocadoes with wasa crisp? great stuff. black beans and brown rice with avocadoes? gotta love it. i'm not sure how good these are for cutting, but they're helping me get fat and calories so i am going to continue to eat them regardless.
