6 am: 1 whole egg, 7 egg whites, 2/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, splenda
9:30 am: 2 scoops whey protein
11:30 am: 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, 3/4 cup green beans
1:30 pm: banana
2:30 pm: celery
4 pm: 1 can tuna, 1 Tbsp light mayo
6:00 pm: workout
6:30 pm: PWO shake 2 scoop whey protein
8:30 pm: 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, spinach with light Italian dressing
Had a church thing at 7 so I wasn't able to do the full 40 minutes of cardio so I did 20 hard minutes on the recumbent bike.
