Calves

A very short workout, but it felt good and I used the extra time to stretch more in-depth.

Warmed up 10 minutes on the precor elliptical

standing calf raises with smith machine/bench 20X12, 30x12, 40X10, 40X10

seated calf raises 25x15, 30X12, 35X11, 35X10

did my own version of spin class on the upright bike for 20 minutes and cooled down 5 minutes, then that wonderful stretching...ahhh the reward.

Food today:

6:30am leftover pork roast, rice and prune sauce (from roast)
coffee, splenda

10am PWO shake

12:30 salad with parmesan cheese, some chicken breast and added turkey breast, 1/2 tbsp ceaser dressing

3:30 garlic and onion soy crisps
1/4c hummus

6:30 cheese tortellini
mushroom ragu sauce
parm shaker cheese
spinach sauteed with olive oil, garlic and cooking sherry
large glass of skim milk

8:55 (now) cottage cheese with ground flaxseeds

I made pumpkin pie for my husband today, I may have some for breakfast tomorrow when the carbs won't be so impactive, but tonight I am feeling very virtuous eating my cottage cheese...
