We went letterboxing on Sunday - a 3 hour hike because of all of the stopping and starting...whew! And somehow it is always up five flights of stairs and a hill at the end! I was more winded than I should have been at the end, and that was an ill omen of the days to come..my asthma has flared up and I have spent the last 3 days using the nebulizer and being crabby because my back/chest hurt.
I will get back on track as soon as I can breath, in the meantime I have been eating right (except the cookies my daughter and i baked in her 'cooking class').
Last night I made a lean meatloaf and roasted potatoes/carrots - i will post both recipes in the nutrition forum if there aren't already similar recipes...
