Better morning

I was suppose to weight myself this morning, but I got scared....... Okey okey I'll probably do it tomorrow then. I really hate the balance..... I'm always so heavy. I know that it doesn't really matter since I like what I see in the mirror, but then again I need to weight myself once in a while so I can see how much I've put on or lost.

So, since this is a training log;
what I did yesterday night:

10 mins of warm up

DB lifts 1x12 3x10 (took really heavy on that one)
High cable pulls for the rear lats 3x10
Lateral raises with cable 4x10

Press 8x20 2x30 (that was fun! Each set with 20-30 secs of recuperation in between)
Calf raises 3x20

20 mins of stationary bike

You'll soon see that I never do any THUNDER work outs. I train often and everyday, but I normally split up my trainings so I do something in the mornings and then again in the nights.
My back was hurting bad )o; so I didn't go out for a run. Instead I did a nice walk with my dog (which doesn't really counts since I do that every day!) and some late night biking.

I did another GOOD thing, instead of getting dinner, I took some creatine after training (with a fruit) and then a little later a Whey protein in water and some CLA. That's it. Ok, I must admit that I was hungry but I have to do this once in a while....... Nothing comes out of nothing lol and I'm a REAL morning person anayway, so I'm not THAT hungry in the night (but absolutely STARVING in the mornings!).
