beautiful day for a walk

Abs are still screaming at me from the crunch machine! Lol Went for a short walk today on my day off from the gym. 2.68 miles in 1the hour. Was slowed significantly by my partner who has an old knee injury that was paining her :-( Have meetings tonight, then back to the gym Tuesday!!
