Introduction
39 years old 5'0" approx 220 lbs. Need guidance. Have the desire and motivation and no gym equipment at home (I do have a stability ball tho :-)
Goals and motivation
Goals: Ultimate goal is to get back to 120 lbs. Short term goal is 20 lbs in 12 weeks and build endurance.
I have been off and on with dieting and exercise, but now that I am slowly becoming diabetic....I have no other choice but to commit and follow thru.
I can and will do this!!
