Warmed up on step and floor..
was stressing a little about getting my workout in and still making an 8am dental appt. Made it!
cable pull-downs
warm-up 60lbsX10
moderate 70X8
heavy sets 90X6, 100X6
1 arm db rows
moderate 25lbsX8
heavy 30X6, 35X6
db shrugs
moderate 25X8
heavy sets 35X6, 35X6
lying triceps extensions (skullcrushers)
warm-up 28 (ez curl bar+10lbs)X10, too light
moderate 38X10, still felt too light
2 heavy sets 48X6, 48X6 felt just right!
Standing triceps push-downs (cable/bar)
moderate 30X12, way too light
heavy sets 50X6, 50X6
I had a better workout than I had expected, seeing as i was still waking up. A lot of energy and I felt really strong today! Right shoulder still a bit sore from snowtubing, but not keeping me from doing anything. :)
