didn't do deadlifts today, but concentrated on my lower back instead.

neutral-grip pulldowns:

t-bar rows:

triceps
pushdowns w/angle bar:
10 x 80, 8 x 90, 6 x 110, 6 x 120

reverse-grip pushdowns:
10 x 80, 8 x 90, 6 x 100, 6 x 100

seated overhead db extension:
4 x 10 x 45
