alright, i've been working out while i was away just not posting. i have been off schedule though, i'm not going to lie. hopefully things will settle down this week. anyway, sundays are slow at the paper so i can go ahead and do my entry for today:-)

triceps
skull crushers:
12 x 45, 10 x 55, 8 x 60, 6 x 65

reverse grip pulldowns:

overhead extensions w/rope:

biceps
incline db curls:
12 x 17.5, 10 x 20, 8 x 22.5, 8 x 25

bb preacher curls:

single arm cable curls:
12 x 30, 10 x 40, 8 x 50, 6 x 50

abs (lazy today)
stability ball crunches:
4 sets of 25, no weight

calves
seated calf raises:
3 x 20 x 135

eating is a real problem - not that i'm eating bad stuff, but that i'm not eating nearly enough. it's hard working in a newsroom because dinner hours are non-existent and lots of times the order out option is not a healthy one. as soon as i can get my grill set up i'm going to start bringing chicken breasts and brown rice and spinach, but right now i'm living on trioplex smores bars and pro complex powder. i also have smoothie king days where i get to have my power punch plus. mmmm.

also, i'm done with my creatine loading phase and i'm pleased with how things are going so far. i can already see the water weight, but i've gone down another size so it doesn't really matter. single digits aren't far away, though i'm not sure how healthy that is considering my height. i am not going for the heroine chic look by any means.
