Started a recovery period workout today - felt really good!
Warmed up 6 minutes on the elliptical
2 rounds of the following synergy set:
close-grip bent-over row 10lbs/12 reps 12lbs/12 reps
prep push-up (push up position plank to child's pose, 3 breaths each, 3 times per round)
kneeling chest stretch
2 rounds of the second synergy set:
Lateral raise 5lbs/12 reps, 8lbs/12 reps
standing curl 10lbs/12 reps, 12lbs/12 reps
tricep kickback (one arm) 8lbs/12 reps, 10 lbs/12 reps
back stretch arms out front 5 breaths, arms overhead 5 breaths.
I rode the recumbent bike for 20 minutes on level 3 hill program.
I am amazed at how good I feel!
Oh, and the Nectar kiwi-strawberry protein powder is reallly good!
