back and biceps, good pump

had a great workout, but traffic on the way home made me really slow on the pwo shake. i didn't get it until almost an hour after my workout was over. i live 15 minutes from my gym if that says anything...anyway, set a p.r. for number of reps at 165 on my dead. or at least i think it's a p.r., i'll have to check and make sure.

close-grip chins:
1 unassisted, 12 x 90, 10 x 90, 12 x 81
• biceps
bb preacher curls:

lying db curls:
12 x 10, 10 x 12, 10 x 15
standing hammer curls:
2 x 12 x 15, 10 x 20, 12 x 20
