deadlifts:
12 x 135, 12 x 145, 10 x 155, 10 x 170
t-bar rows:
2 x 12 x 50, 2 x 10 x 50
lat pull-downs:
2 x 12 x 90, 10 x 100, 10 x 110
did 4 x 15 crunches on the decline bench and then realized what time it was and had to leave.
when i went in today the gym was getting new equipment (it's about damn time.) this is a good thing, but every single plate was being replaced so the racks had been cleared out. it was pretty hard to find the right plate to make the 170 combo for the deadlift. thankfully, now we have pre-loaded ez bars in 5-lb increments. that will make bb curls more challenging.
