another late night workout

this was an interesting night - i actually have what i think is a small break in my left index finger from setting a 110lb dumbbell on top of it while re-racking some lazy person's weights (see "a new way to work out" in the healthy living forum. anyway, it's swollen. boo hoo, i need to get over it and get back to lifting.
back
wide grip pulldowns:
12 x 110, 10 x 120, 8 x 130, 8 x 130
machine pullovers:
12 x 88, 10 x 100, 10 x 100, 10 x 100
low back exts:
16 x 100, 16 x 115, 16 x 130, 16 x 145
uh, impromptu deadlifts for 15 minutes re-racking people's 100lb dumbbells...
rowing machine, 12 min, 3500 meters
abs
decline crunches:
4 sets 15 x 25
vert bench crunches:
4 sets 10
bicycle crunches:
4 sets of 20 seconds
not a bad workout, but my finger really does hurt. in fact, it bled on both sides when i crushed it. did this keep me from finishing my workout? no, because i am a trooper. that's right.
