and tuesday is for legs

now for the tuesday workout -- the legs are feeling good!

leg press:
12 x 260, 10 x 350, 10 x 440, 8 x 530

hack squats:
3 of 10 x 240

leg extensions:
12 x 88, 10 x 93, 8 x 100, 8 x 105

leg press calf raises:
3 of 20 x 260

alright, so i've been living on zero dollars for 5 days, eating an extremely low amount of food. i get paid friday, thank God, but i'm seriously lucky to be making it to 1500 cals a day with the limited funds. black beans and brown rice are my best friends right now, but i'm out of brown rice now :-( i've dropped 3 lbs though, and made strength gains so i guess unintentionally starving isn't as bad as it could be.
