A decent start

Today is the first day of my new routine and my eating plan.. 3;30 finds me a l ittle cranky, because my snack didn't turn out the way i thought it would and I had to make something else, and i waited too long and now i don't like the alternate very much, wah wah wah. Anyhow, the day was going great up til now...
I worked out like this:
cardio with client 30 minutes total
Deadlifts, 4 sets
single arm rows with bands 3 sest
arnold presses 4 sets
front deltoid raises with band 4 sets
standing barbell curls 4 sets
single arm biceps curl with bands 4 sets
crunches 3 sets
leg raises 3 sets
seated twists 3 sets
This is a freetrainers program, so i am loggong the weights in that area, I will post the weights here if i get really excited, i guess... for now, just the routine :)
