8/10 Monday Back & Shoulders

FRIDAY I decided not to enter anything from Fridays workout. Went to the gym and got my bodyfat % tested - that was the highlight of my night (20% - not too shabby :) But - I had no energy at all, couldn't lift even a good fraction of my normal weights and motivation was entirely gone due to sleep deprivation. (Maya, my daughter has been ill and I am a worrier) So I wrote the night off.

MONDAY: Not a bad night - rather hot and extremely busy in the gym, but pretty good overall. Motivation came back once I set my foot inside the door... still kind of tired.

Straight Leg DeadLifts: 10x135, 10x145, 10x145
ISO Wide grip Pulldowns: 10x140, 9x140, 9x140
One Arm DB Rows: 9x40, 10x40, 6x45
Rear Delt Machine Row: 10x70, 10x70, 10x70
Machine Lat raises: 11x50, 10x50, 5x55
Arnold press: 10x18, 10x18, 8x18
HS Crunch: 20x40, 21x40, 15x40
20 minutes cardio on elliptical. Speed approx 175-185

One more note: Going to switch to a 8-6-4 rep scale as I have been hitting 10-10-8 or so for a long time and feel it's time for a switch.
