Fast & Furious!! Wanted to get outta there. Was pretty tired and figured this was the best way to get through

Plié Squats: 12x50, 11x50, 10x50
Horiz. Calf Raises: 11x350, 17x350, 18x350
Leg Extension: 11x160, 11x160, 10x160
Elliptical 15 minutes (tired)
