Worked out fast tonight! Supersetted most exercises - felt good :)

Ok, so you know you've been slacking on your cardio when fellow gym-rats make rather obvious "Oh My Ghod" statements when they see you on the eliptical machine. After their apparent mirth at my expense, I realized I have FT people to thank for getting me back doing cardio. The Mutt Challenge BF% category I intend to win and I realize that I will have to step up and face the incredible boredom of cardio training. I truly have been lacking here - haven't done serious cardio in at least a year - all weight training. So watch out fellow competitors - this chickie is serious!!! :)
