Glad I just made it to the gym. Very hard day. Just winged the workout - no plan ahead of time as per norm.

Smith Lunges 10x105, 10x125, 10x125
Leg Extensions: 10x150, 11x160, 11x160
Seated Leg Curl: 11x115, 10x120, 10x125
Horizontal Calf Raises: 14x270..2 easy, 20x310, 16x370
Plié Squats: 10x50, 10x50, 10x50
Cardio: 30 minutes elliptical @ avg 170
