7/10 Legs & Glutes

Highlights: Creatine must be kicking in! Did not expect such an increase in strength so soon. I seemed to get stronger after every set!
Lowlights: Daughters birthday (not a lowlight :) but it got me to the gym very late. Had to settle for doing only 1/2 the workout I wanted to. And man, I would have loved to finish!
Took good size breaks between sets
Leg Presses (feet low and close): 12x250, 15x260, 11x270
Leg Presses (feet med. height & shoulder width): 16x260, 13x280, 10x300!! PB - and on 3rd set!
Leg Presses (feet high and wide): 12x290, 15x300, 13x310!!
Seated Calf Raises: 10x155, 13x140
Time to go :(
