Muggy and hot inside the gym. Still was able to do a workout, but would have prefered colder temp.
Incline DB Press: 12x10, 10x18, 10x20, 6x25
FB DB Press: 11x25, 7x30, 8x30, 1x35 (ran outta steam)
ISO Bench: 8x50
Machine Bicep Curl: 12x50, 10x65, 9x70, 6x75
Concentration Curls: 11x15, 6x18, 5x18, 5x18
Tricep Pulldowns w/ Rope: 12x70, 7x80, 6x80, 6x80
Tricep Kickbacks: 10x18, 10x18, 10x18, 10x18
HS Crunch: 10x40, 10x40, 10x40
