7/10 Chest-Bi-Tri Night

Gave myself August off - although still going to the gym regularly 3 per week, I am taking it easy. Stress with my marriage is taking too much out of me so I decided it was a good idea not to push the workouts - still plugging away, but not pushing at my normal level, hence I did not record anything of late. I think an easier pace is my best option as I dont want to run myself to the ground. Damn life is tough sometimes :(
Ok, enough of that feeling sorry for myself, I did do some stuff Monday :)
Flat Bench DB press: 11x25, 10x25, 10x25
Parallel Bar Dips: 10x85, 11x85, 12x85
Machine Bicep Curls: 6x50, 10x40, 10x40
BB Curls(reverse): 6x35, 6x35, 6x35
Machine Tricep Pushdowns: 14x70, 10x90, 8x90
Tri Pulldowns with rope: 8x70, 6x70, 6x70
Ab Crunch: 12x40, 10x40, 12x40
