6/10 Leg & Glutes on a Monday

Left wrist pain is going to stop me from many exercises this week. Totally unimpressed, totally down :( I keep seeming to re-injure it all over again. Time to put on, and keep on, a wrist support, at least that will remind me not to over extend it again.

Really bummed lately. Before the injury I seem to have plateaued in my workouts - Creatine helped push the numbers up for a time, but since I am finished the cycle, the numbers just went right back to where they were. Significant changes (if any)are non-existant.

Hoping that at least for the Mutt Challenge I can drop the BF% from 20 to 18. My changes are just so gradual though ... (Methinks I am grumpy today)

Leg Press (feet low and close): 11x250, 10x250, 11x250
Leg Press (feet med and s-width): 10x270, 10x270, 10x270
Leg Press (feet high and wide): 12x270, 15x270, 12x270
Leg Extension: 10x160, 9x160, 10x160
Standing Glute: 10x120
Horizontal Calf: 10x350, 13x350, 12x350
