6/10 Chest & Triceps

Highlights: Hammerstrength Incline and decline presses really comfortable to use. Nice alternative to when the benches are all being used.
Lowlights: Bit of stress, decided to let myself have an easier workout. Next week I may be working evening shift and may take the week off before the Mutt Challenge.
Flat Bench DB Press: 15x25, 7x30, 7x30
ISO-Lat Incline Press: 6x78, 5x78, 5x78 (working with someone elses weight set-up, supersetting with decline press)
ISO-Lat Decline Press: 12x66, 10x66, 12x66
Machine Flye (new): 10x35, 10x50, 10x60
Tricep Press (new): 12x70, 12x70, 10x80
Tricep Kickback: 10x15, 15x15, 15x15
