Highlights: Creatine seems to be helping me lift more
Lowlights: I have put on 5 lbs, probably due to the water gain, but still freaks me a little.
Flat bench DB Press: 12x25, 10x25, 7x30
Seated Machine Flye: 7x40, 10x40, 10x40
Parallel bar Dips: 10x80, 10x80, 10x80
Incline DB Flye: 12x20, 12x20, 12x20
Triceps Pushdowns with Bar: 5x50, 10x40, 10x40
Tricep Kickbacks: 15x15, 10x18, 7x18
