Only 3 hours sleep last night. Almost didn't make it into the gym. Workout was very light because of it.
SLDL's: 11x135, 10x135, 10x135
ISO Wide grip Pulldowns: 10x130, 10x140, 9x140
(other machine) pulldowns: 6x110 (very uncomfortable - not use again)
Machine Lat Raise: 10x50, 10x50, 10x50
Machine Rear Delt Row: 10x70, 11x70
HS Crunch" 20x40, 15x40, 6x40
