4/9/07 - Love Them Monday's

Although Amy changed up the routine today, I will be implementing it starting next week with Dottie. We had an awesome workout today!

Warm Ups:
5 Minutes Elliptical Level 2
Push Ups 10x10x10

Exercises:
Incline DB Presses 15x30/12x30/10x30/8x40
Incline DB Flyes 12x20/10x24/8x30
Bentover Rows (BB) 15x30/12x30/10x30/8x50
Wide Grip Pulldowns 12x70/10x80/8x110
Shoulder Press 15x30/12x45/10x60/8x75
DB's and bench was taken up!
Side Laterals 12x10/10x20/8x25

20 MIN HIIT on Stationary Bike Levels 2-4 65-110rpms

Diet:
1 Protein smoothie (32g protein, 1/4 c raspberries, 1/2 banana, 1/4 strawberries, 1/4 cup grapefruit juice, 3/4 water), 1/2 cup oatmeal w/splenda

1 Egg, 3 egg white scramble(1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 bell pepper), 1 cup coffee w/1tsp nf creamer

1 Protein Bar (25 g protein, 1 apple

1 6oz Chile/Limon Tilapia, 1/ C spinach, 1/2 cup white rice.

1 protein shake (20g protein);1/2cup Broccoli Slaw

Highs: went up in weights on all of my exercises today! Did 20 min HIIT.

Lows: Diet, Diet , Diet....as usual. Oh well I will get there eventually.
