4/6/07 - LOVE THEM DEADLIFTS!!!!
Today's workout was great, I had some highs and lows but overall was very satisfied with myself.
Warm Ups:
5 Min Stationary Bike Level 4
Walking Lunges BW Only 10x10x10
Exercises:
SLDL's 15x40/12x50/10x60/8x80
Stationary Lunges 12x24/10x24/8x30
Side Lunges(BW only) 12x10x8 (ran out of fuel here)
Hack Squats (replaced Step Ups) 12x50/10x50/8x50
Inner Thigh Machine 15x40/12x50/10x60/8x70
Outer Thigh Machine 15x30/12x40/10x50/8x70
Am gonna try to get in some cardio tonight, if not I will do it with abs tomorrow and a run at Pt. Defiance trails.
Will post diet this evening.
