4/3/07 - NICE ONE!!!

Again...a great workout day today although we were absent Dottie, we pulled for her!
Diet isn't as clean as it should be,probably wont be until the kids TIO is gone on Friday, we are doing something every day after the girls get out of school until he leaves.

Warm Up:
1 hour Intermediate Yoga
10 each Narrow, Regular & Wide Squats (BW only)

Squats:
Regular 15x40/12x60/10x80/8x100
Sumo 12x40/10x60/8x80
Front 12x30/10x40/8x60
Leg Press 12x50/10x70/8x100
*** I was too tired to do sissy's, no excuse and was having a hard time getting Yvonne to get the form down. Result she doesn't like them at all. Not sure what to replace that with for her, any suggestions???

Diet:
1 Ham Sandwich (3 slices 99% FF Ham, Whole Wheat Bread, Mustard & Spinach), 1 cup coffee w/ 1tsp nf creamer.

1 Protein Shake ( 32 g whey protein, 5 strawberries, 1/2 banana and water)

1 6oz Chicken Breast, 1/2 cup Broccoli, 1/2 cup Pasta with 2 TBSP Alfredo sauce and 1 1/2 breadsticks. 1 cup Salad w/italian dressing(So I ate at Olive Garden , what of it?)

1 Protein Bar (25g protein)

1 egg, 2 eggwhites, boiled, 1/2 grapefruit.

Highs: hit 100 on squats, survived an hour of intermediate yoga.

Lows: DIET, DIET, DIET, I know I will punish myself with 10 hail mary's..lol
