Worked out with Dottie and my daughter which she completed everything but the push ups. Workout went really great and hit some pretty cool weights.

Warm Up: push ups 10x10x10
5 Min. Stationary Bike Level 4

Incline DB Press 15x24/12x24/10x24/8x24
Incline DB Flyes 12x16/10x16/8x10
Bent Over Rows (barbell) 15x30/12x30/10x30/8x40
Wide Grip Pull Downs 12x60/10x70/3x110/5x100
DB Overhead Presses 15x16/12x16/10x16/8x20
Side Lateral Raises 12x16/10x16/8x16

Diet:
1 egg, 3eggwhites, 1/4 cup spinach scramble
1 protein shake, 1 grapefruit
Turkey wrap with spinach, tomatoes, onions on sun dried wrap.
1 cup mixed green salad w/LF Ranch peppercorn dressing.
1 Protein bar
1 6oz steak, 1/2 cup salad, 1 pc wheat baguette, 1/2 cup roasted red potatoes.


Highs: Hit PR on Wide Grip Pull Downs at 110 lbs.
Tried Bent Over Rows for the first time ever with
barbell.

Lows: Arms were not my best, felt weak today in the arms.
Diet could've been a bit better, but my kids tio
came into town short notice so we all met up at my
nieces house and had a big family dinner, menu not
my choice ofcourse.
