4 - month challenge - Week 3 !!!! Wednesday

Okay - here are the workouts...
9am I did 35 minute hill program on the recumbent bike
2pm I did:
warmup treadmill, 5 minutes
crunches/bicycles/reverse curls 3 sets 22 each
squats 4 sets 115X15
leg press 3 sets 200X15
leg extensions 4 sets 70X15 grueling
leg curls 3 sets 90X15, 1 set 90X12
stretched.
My knee is a little hinky-jinky tonight, nit sure what is going on... maybe it will straighten itself out, hope so.
Oh, and I went and bought shoes, anyways. We were at sports authority buying shoes for my daughter and the new balance trainers were on sale and I found a pair of shox on clearance - her shoes and my shoes (3 pairs) 113 bucks, pretty good deal!
Food today
5:30 am shake - isopure and oatsm sugarfree syrup (pretty good)
9:00cardio (I hung around chatting with Mutt a little too long..)
10ish isopure in cool coffee, 1/2 a large apple
dog park, walking
12:15 bbq turkey and beans (this was really good but didn't sustain me as long as I thought it would..hungry at the gym)
2 workout
3:15 muscle milk
6:15 Knowfat Grill - tuscan chicken breast (1 and 1/3 breast), 1/2 steamed brown rice, 3/4c steamed broccoli (and not overcooked, wow). I cannot say enough good things about this new restaurant - I want to live there.
I can tell that I will be hungry before bed, so I will definitely have protein pudding with a tsp of peanut butter in it.
