4 - month challenge - Week 3 !!!! Thursday...

I am so tired today! Golly. Haven't been getting to bed as early as i would like to - going to have to be better about that cause my butt is dragging!
Calorie challenge cardio today - 257 in 15:45, I thought I had to beat 256, when it turned out I had to beat 358. Darnit. I was tired and really had to push it to get the 257..
4:15 workout - I warmed up on a step in the aerobics studio (I need to start improving my rhythym (sp?, I want to take the certification to teach group fitness) , 10 minutes.
one arm db rows 4 sets of 40X12
pull-dwons 80X12, 90X8, 90X8
db shrugs 3 sets of 35X15 superset with back extension
15, 13, 15
Incline db curls 20X12, 20X12, 20X8 superset with calf raises 50X20, 3 sets 50X15
concentration curls 3 sets 15X12 these are finally getting easier, superset with seated calf raises 4 sets 25X15
Food today
lower carb breakfast, and it made me cranky...
6am 4 egg whites 1c broccoli slaw, 3 turkey patties
9 isopure in crystal lite, apple
12:15 leftover chicken, rice and kidney beans, broccoli
3:30 muscle mlilk pudding
at 7 we are having orange roughy and shrinp, probably sauteed with curry sauce, yellow rice and broccoli
before bed - if i am up and hungry I will have isopure and peanut butter.
