4 - month challenge - Week 3 !!!! SATURDAY!!!!

Wow - we made it through week 3, suckas!

Today all I could think about at the gym was how happy I was that it was Saturday because 1) no abs! 2)no cardio and 3) rest tomorrow!!!!

Warm-up 8 min elliptical
squats (2 warm-up sets first), 4 sets 115X15
leg press 200X15, 210X15, 210X15
leg ext 4 sets 70X15 ooh
leg curl 4 sets 90X15 crampy hammy!
calf raise 50X20, 50X15 3 times
seated calf 25x12 (didn't rest long enough) 3 sets 25X15

I will input my food tomorrow because I am getting ready/having a halloween party so i won't be online anymore today :0
