4 - month challenge - Week 3 !!!! FRIDAY!!!!

OKay, so I was f*in around all morning and didn't do my cardio seperate from my workout, so my workout was a marathon...I tried something new that I just read about - doing part of your cardio, then part of your lifting, then part of your cardio, etc. It went well, I felt really good and my lifts were really strong today. Things are either getting easier or going up, so that is nice. The cardio intersprsed was a nice way to change up the routine.
15 minutes elliptical trainer
crunches/bicycles/reverse curls 3 sets 22 each
10 minutes elliptical
incline db press 4 sets of 40X12
pec dec 3 sets 70X12
decline cable crossover 3 sets 25X12
10 minutes elliiptical
db shoulder press 3 sets 25X12
db presses 40X12, 40x12, 40x10 (best it has been yet)
tri ext machine 3 sets 60X12
tri pushdown - straight bar 45x12, 60X12, 70X12 this was so easy compared to the rope pushdowns, must be a mechanical advantage..anyhow I may go back to the rope next week, or maybe push this to see how high I can go...
Food for today
6:30am 1 egg, 3 whites, 1/2c oats Sf syrup, 3 turkey patties
10 isopure in crystal lite, apple
1:00 chicken breast, 1/2c rice, asian coleslaw
4:00 during workout - muscle milk
we went to a cool story-telling of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow in an old barn, pretty cool. I brought my turkey and sweet potatoes with me..I ate the turkey at 7:30, but cold sweet potatoes are kind of gross, so I reheated those when I got home just now at 8:45... going to bed soon, no snack tonight.
