4 - month challenge - Week 3 !!!! day2 or 3...hmm I am off somewhere here!!

Workouts
8am 21 minutes total, 3 minute warm-up, 7 high intervals, 5 minute cool-down
2:30ish forgot my workout journal - but got a piece of paper and, wow, I remembered it (I almost forgot triceps, but then I saw a lady doing extensions and it dawned on me why the workout looked so short on the papaer...darn it :) )
Warmed up elliptical 4minutes
incline push-ups and a light set of db presses
Incline DB press 40X12, 3 sets 40X10
pec dec 3 sets 70X12
decline cable 3 sets 20x12
shoulder presses 3 sets 25X12 I superset these with calf raises 50X20, 3 sets 50X15
DB laterals 12X12, 15X12, 15x12 (finally went up and felt good)
DB presses 35x12, 40X12, 40X8 I superset these with seated calf raises 4 sets of 25X15
triceps ext machine 50X12, 60X10, 60X10
triceps pushdowns 3 sets of 45X12 (I really should go up on that, lazy girl)
