4 - month challenge - Week 2 !!!! Day 4!!!

Wow - we are almost to the weekend again! Yahooey!
Back day, managed to give myself a killer headache (muscle spasm from my shoulder blade to my neck, owie.
Warmed up by doing the 15 minute calorie challenge - 258 calories in 15 minutes on the elliptical, random program level 5. Sheet, I don't want to have to beat that next week, but I guess i will :)
worked out at home today, so some of the weights are a little different because of different equipment.
One arm DB rows warm-up 20/12, 4 sets 40x10
pulldowns 90X10, 90X8, 85X8
shrugs DB 30'sX15, 30'sX15, 35'sX15
back extension stand 3 sets of 15
incline db curls 20'sX12, 20'sX10, 20'sx10
superset with single leg calf raises 25X12, 25X12, 25X12, 25X1o
concentration curls 3 sets 15X12rep
superset with seated calf raises 3 sets 45X20 (equipmentmuch lighter than the one at the gym)
A good workout, but not as focused and intense as at the gym, and I was working out with someone and she was kind of b*tching and moaning, so it dragged and I superset the biceps and calves.
