Leg Day is the best day of all!
8:30am 1/2 hour cardio on the bike....
about 3:00 workout:
I pushed the numbers up toady, i bet I will feel it tomorrow and friday...
crunches/reverse curls/oblique crunches 3 sets of 21
squats 2 warm-up sets 45#, 110X15, 110X12, 115X12, 115X12
leg press 160X15, 180X15, 200X15
leg ext 60X15, 60X15, 70X12, 70X12
leg curl 80X15, 90X12, 90X12, 90X12
really stretched a lot...ahhhhh.
Food today:
7:30am 1/2c rice, 1 egg, 2 whites, 1 NYM's meatloaf, 2 tbsp salsa
9:45 isopure in crystal lite, fiber wafer
1:00 red Lobster - celebrating hubby's new job! I had a green salad, no croutons, french/bleu on the side (dipped the tines of my fork in occasionally), 1/2 a big, plain baked poatato and a double order of broiled scallops (still probably too fatty and not enough protein). It was fairly close to the diet plan...
workout
4:15 muscle milk
dinner around 7 will be a baked potato, some green beans and some chicken tenders
snack, if I stay up late enough will be some isopure.
