4 - month challenge - Week 2 !!!! Day 2!!!

I was cranky this morning (hormones), my husband practically drove me to the gym himself...
10:30sih - I did my HIIT first - it took me 18 minutes, with warm-up and 6 high intervals and cool-down. Very sweaty.
Incline db presses 35'sX12, 40'sX10, 40'sx10, 40'sX12(got a little fiesty, I guess)
Pec deck 3 sets of 70X12
Decline cable flyes 3 sets 20X10 (I have repleced the incline flyes with these, I like them better)
Shoulder presses DB 25'sX12, 25'sX11, 25'sX8 pooh
db laterals 3 sets of 12 with 12's, pause at the top, OUCH
DB presses 35'sX12, 40'sX8, 40'sX7 (a little tired?)
triceps ext (used machine) 30X12, 40X12, 50X12
triceps pushdown w/rope 3 sets 45X12
calf raises 3 sets 50X15, 50X12
seated calf raise 4 sets 45X10 (really pooped now)
Wow, that was a marathon workout, at least it felt like it. But it felt really good!
