4 - month challenge - Day 5!!

Friday the 13th..ooooh. My only option with my husband's schedule toady was to lift early or lift late... I would rather drag myself in in the morning than force myself to go after supper. I will do my cardio tonight, though, at home.

Warmed up 4 minutes on the elliptical
Did the abs as a superset (I thought they were easier today, until I got to the third set, still hard)
crunches/obliques/reverse curls 3 sets of 20 each
did a warm-up set of push-ups and a warm-up set light presses
Incline db press 4 sets 35'sX10 getting easier
Incline flyes 3 sets 20'sX12
pec deck 50X12, 60X12, 60X12
slipped in decline cable flyes here 3 sets of 12 with 15lbs on each side
shoulder presses 25'sX12, 25'sX12 30'sX10 with a spot, arms having nervous breakdown afterwards.
db lateral raises 3 sets of 12'sX12, pause at the top OUCH
db presses 35'sX10, 35'sX10, 35'sX7 (pooping out)
triceps extensions 3 sets of 12x12 may try 15 next time
triceps pushdown 3 sets 45X12

Had a much better workout than expected, still hacking junk up but feeling pretty good. Legs are a little sore today. Looking forward to tomorrow and finally Sunday!
