4 - month challenge - Day 4!!

Feeling a lot les crappy today, especially after my workout, go figure.

Breakfast -7:15 oatmeal, whey shake

8:30 15 minute calorie burn challenge - 246 calories level 4 hills program, elliptical

10:15 1/2c 1 egg, 2 whites, a guilt-free chicken burger, 1 1/4c green beans

1:15 1/2c rice, 1/4c baby lima beans, 1 mini-meatloaf, 2 tbsp salsa (new favorite meal, by the way!)

I baked a double batch of not-your-mother's meatloaf today - that sh*t rocks!!! My husband was even raving about how good it is. I am going to keep making it every week - it is so convenient.

2:45 Workout
Such a short workout today
warmed up 5 minutes elliptical, did some light range-of-motion sets...
DB rows 4 sets 25'sX12
pulldowns 3 sets 80X12
shrugs - I did these on the bench press machine in the weight room (not really a machine, but a safe bench, I guess..anyhow) it had 25's on each side and I did 3 sets of 15
back extension on floor 3 sets of 15
incline db curls 12'sX12, 15"sX12, 15'sX12
concentration curls 15X12 3 sets, the last two I had to assist the last few reps up and then focused really slow down. OUCH

I felt odd finishing so quickly. I had a good workout, though and a good stretch after.

4:15 shake

Survivor night! I am going to make some shrimp and scallops in a soy/garlic/ginger sauce and have steamed cauliflower/broccoli blend and a little rice.

before bed I will have isopure and Udo's oil.
