4 - month challenge - 2nd month, first Tuesday

Wow - the bad attitude continues..actualy it was just that since the moment I woke up on Tuesday i felt that I could go right back to bed and sleep all day. Here is what I did instead...
6am syntrax nectar in coffee
cardio - 24 minutes total, 9 high intervals on stationary bike (and boy did my butt hurt!), got a really good sweat going!
8amish pumpkin protein pancakes, SF syrup, turkey ham
10:30ish isopure, apple
1:30/2:00 2 eggs, 2 whites, turkey ham, sweet potato, olive oil
workout
My workout kinda sucked, I didn't have very good energy, didn't want to be there and subsequently skipped some things, what a 3-year-old i was on Tuesday!
Warm-up on elliptical, 4 minutes
3 sets of 10 incline push-ups
incline db press 45X10, 45X10, 45X9, 45X8
pec dec 3 sets 70X12
flat db presses 45X12, 45X12, 45X10
DB Shoulder press 30X12, 30X10, 30X9
triceps pushdown, v-handle 80X12, 90X12, 90X12
That's it. Bad Amy. GRRR.

7:45 lean hamburger, sf catsup, 1/2c rice, broccoli/cauliflower mix
